Thank you for shopping with Coues Freak. This shipping policy outlines how and when your order will be shipped.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, and carrier performance. Coues Freak is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Coues Freak is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Coues Freak is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
