We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Item must be in original packaging with tags Attached

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited-edition items (unless defective)

Return Process

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
